Daily Schedule: Wednesday 9th of October

0830h – 0930h – Group welcome and intros + outdoor fitness session run by accredited Exercise Physiologist. (Camp has facilities to run indoors if need be). (Note: the style of session and exercises will vary for each of the 7 events and be suitable for all abilities and fitness levels).

0945h – 1015h – Morning tea – healthy morning tea and coffee provided.

1030h – 1200h – Group fun outdoor activity – kayak in the lake, group walk around the lake, mountain bike, fishing, permaculture, volley ball, etc. (Note: this activity is different for each of the 7 events).

1200h – 1300h – Group presentation outdoors or in the Conference facility. Presenters will include: Dietician, Psychiatrist, Exercise Physiologist, Veteran Personal Trainer etc (Note: this presentation is different for each of the 7 events).

1300h – 1430h – Lunch. (Healthy lunch provided).

Daily Schedule: Saturday 19th of October, (Fishing extravaganza)

0830h – 0930h – Group welcome and intros + Stretching and strength by the lake.  No mess  no fuss back to basics.

0945h – 1015h – Morning tea – healthy morning tea and coffee provided.

1030h – 1200h – Group fun, fishing basics

  • Setting up your kayak,
  • Selecting your rod,
  • Bait or lure,
  • Give it a go,
  • Is the SMEAC fishing club 4 you?

1200h – 1300h – Group presentation outdoors or in the Conference facility. Presenters will include: Dietician, Psychiatrist, Exercise Physiologist, Veteran Personal Trainer etc (Note: this presentation is different for each of the 7 events).

1300h – 1430h – Lunch. (Healthy lunch provided).

1400h onwards, fishing in your own time go on.
